Social Media Graphics

We would love your help to spread the word about Bendigo Bricks and most importantly, let the world know that you will be exhibiting with us. We have made some useful graphics for you to use in your social media posts. Please feel free to use them however you wish, there are transparent PNG versions and solid JPG versions for download here: https://bendigolug.com.au/bb-social-graphics/

MOC Cards

MOC Card files are available here: https://bendigolug.com.au/bb-moc-cards

Please ensure your MOC card is printed in colour prior to the event. Print at full size (eg: don’t let your printer ‘scale to fit’) on A4. If you get stuck, let us know.
This year we are once again using the brick built MOC Card holder the same as those used at Bendigo Bricks 2023/24 and Brickvention 2023/2024/2025 etc (follow the link above for instructions).

We are unable to supply MOC card holders, please ensure you have one of your own.

What to bring

We will provide the tables and table cloths for your display, but we ask you to bring a few things:

A camping chair
The venue has a concrete floor, please bring something comfortable to sit on. There are a limited number of chairs in the venue, however they are for the public and need to remain in public areas.

A drink bottle
Bring along a refillable drink bottle, depending on the weather it could be warm and the air in the Bendigo Exhibition Centre can be a little dusty.

MOC card holder
Please bring along a brick built MOC card holder for your exhibit. We are unable to supply MOC card holders.

Exhibitor packs

Exhibitor packs containing our Bendigo Bricks 2025 Brick, Exhibitor Set, your Exhibitor T-Shirt (if you ordered one) and a few other goodies will be distributed to exhibitors by the committee during Bump In on Friday in the area marked Play Area on the map.

Exhibitor TShirts

Each year Bendigo Bricks has subsidised exhibitor T-Shirts available for purchase.

Our Exhibitor T-Shirts feature a custom design on the front and the words Exhibitor, Bendigo Bricks and the year on the back. As with most other LEGO Fan Events we keep the colour and design of the tshirts a secret until bump in.

Wearing an Exhibitor T-Shirt is entirely voluntary, and you don’t need to purchase one unless you want to wear one, but they are limited edition and there will not be an opportunity to purchase them at or after the event, so if you do want one please complete this form!

Orders close on Sunday 23rd March at 9pm.

Exhibitor TShirts (if you ordered one) will be distributed by the committee with your Exhibitor Pack during Bump In on Friday.

If you are unsure whether you ordered a tshirt, please send us a message and we can confirm.

This year we will once again have a food van, a coffee van and the 1st Bendigo Scout’s sausage sizzle.

The Munch Hub
The Munch Hub will be serving up a range of burgers, snacks and slushies.

Brew2U will be selling a range of hot beverages to keep you caffeinated throughout the weekend.
